Lawn Party: Grounds Rental

The Lawn Party grounds are available for rent throughout the year for horse shows and other events. To book the grounds for your event, call (540) 820-7020. Any group renting the grounds for a horse show event must have at minimum $1 million insurance liability policy.  Please mail a copy of the insurance certificate and your deposit a week prior to the event to:

  • Day & Night events: $225.00
  • Private parties: $50.00
  • Use of gas grill: $25.00
  • Use of BBQ pit: $25.00
  • Refundable clean-up deposit: $75.00
